Such misconduct - whether carried out by individuals, organisations, automated systems, or artificial intelligence tools - will not be tolerated. FAMA Methodology reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual, organisation, platform, or entity engaging in these or any other forms of content misuse, including those facilitated through or by artificial intelligence systems.

Any automated access to famacollection.org or associated FAMA digital platforms, databases, and social media channels without express written authorisation constitutes a violation of these Terms and may also violate applicable copyright law, database protection law, and computer access regulations. FAMA Methodology reserves the right to pursue legal action against any operator whose systems access our content without permission.

Intellectual property rights over FAMA Collection – FAMA Projects – FAMA Archives are held by FAMA Methodology, including the founding authorship and intellectual legacy upon which the collection is built. Any exceptions to this, where authorship rights over specific works have been expressly granted and retained by their respective creators, are equally protected under these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms constitutes a waiver of any intellectual property right or other legal right held by FAMA Methodology. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable national and international law. Any dispute arising from the use of FAMA Methodology – FAMA Collection – FAMA Projects – FAMA Archives content shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
